Andrew Harris, Director at Basalt Build has been constructing homes for over 25 years and has an abundance of skill, knowledge and advice on offer.

Communication is key to a successful build so Andrew works closely with all involved including the owner, architect, quantity surveyor, contractors and subcontractors.

To ensure all workmanship is of a high standard, we only use contractors and sub-contractors who have worked with Basalt Build in the past and have proven quality results.

Quantity Surveying services are also available, which provides clients with a comprehensive budget estimate at any stage of the planning process. 

We are members of the Master Builders Association which only accepts builders of a high calibre.
