Villa Renovation – Epsom, Auckland.

An extensive renovation that included a large rear extension and a new upstairs level with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a lounge. The home was almost completely redone, with great care taken to respectfully restore its original character while bringing it up to modern standards.
